I was led to minister by the Spirit in a downtown area of a city here in North Carolina earlier this month. I got out of my car after parking where the Holy Spirit wanted me to park and I approached two people who had a nice Labradoodle dog with them. I heard the Spirit essentially tell me to say to the man that he is called to be a pastor among other things in life and that God also wants him to start a prison ministry. He was stunned, he basically told me he was a chaplain. The lady with him was full of amazement about what I had said. As I began to walk away, the woman longed for a word from God. Guided by the Spirit, I basically told her she is called to be an author and that God desires her to create a children’s book soon. Her face lit up after I told her that, she looked at the man next to her with amazement, she couldn’t believe that I got that from the Spirit because she’s been wanting to do that very thing in life. She was flabbergasted about the whole thing. The Spirit also led me to pray for both of them too. They were very happy about the whole thing.
God, through His Spirit, led me to pick up an item for a friend at a Kohl’s, and while I stood in line, a long-married couple was nearby. The Spirit more or less told me to tell the man that God desires to speak through him soon and that one of his life’s callings is to become a pastor. He shared that another person had previously delivered a similar message to him, guided by God. God used me to confirm that same message to that nice man there inside that store. Shortly after, the couple walked away, with the man man being in awe over the whole thing and his wife, astonished, proclaiming, “God is good!” In the future, that man may guide many to salvation, rescuing them from hell and leading them to experience eternal life through King Jesus!
